Anticipation Builds as London Yacht Show Near Closer

With the London Yacht Show rapidly approaching, an increasing number of brands are committing themselves to the show and building anticipation. The show, which will take place in London from May 9th through 11th, is expected to be much different from the show it is replacing in years past. The show will “replace” the long-standing tradition known as London On water Boat Show. According to British Marine CEO Lesly Robinson, “Our alliance with Informa hopes to deepen the show’s ties to the marine and industry and enable key partners, from yacht builder and brokers to luxury goods manufacturers, to participate in shaping the development and growth of the London Yacht Show in the future.” If the efforts from these two firms are successful, then this edition of the London Yacht Show will likely attract a larger audience than ever before.

Getting Commitments from Top Brands

In response to the excitement surrounding the show, there are already many top brands that have committed to creating exhibits. Though the show will certainly be yacht-centric, there will also be plenty of lifestyle brands, luxury cars, and other related products on display. According to Informa’s Andrew Williams, “the decision to completely relaunch this event was not taken lightly.” However, due to the already strong anticipation, it appears that the new marketing approach has been successful.

Brands such as Sunseeker, Princess, and Fairline have already committed to headlining the show, in addition to more than ten others. While attending this epic event, guests will have the opportunity to see new yachts, explore other exhibits, learn about the industry, and make lasting connections with others.

Creating a Sense of Community
