At 28m, the Pershing 9X is all light, suave and speed making her an absolute dreamboat when out on the open water – particularly for those who want an easily maneuverable yacht that can drop anchor anywhere. From Cuban music and cocktail cool in Miami to party weekends in Ibiza, this is a yacht that ignites a feeling of youth and vibrancy. Despite her statistically compact size, there’s no squeezing when it comes to the Pershing 9X. Four fabulous cabins provide sleeping space for 8 guests and tucked away crew quarters keep a rosta of 3 members of staff to keep the yacht whipped into wonderful shape.

The Pershing 9X has been described as a fighter jet, and on first glance you can see how the feisty number got her name. Sleek lines all lead to a powerful point, her black and white style lending itself to Bond like appeal out on the blue water, and her sporty silhouette are enough to make any yacht connoisseur hungry. The stats and technical details come thick and fast to back her up; with twin MTU 16V2000 M96L engines she can hit eyewatering top speeds of 42 knots and cruises at 38. Her dual Seakeeper NG9 gyro stabilizers keep her statue still at anchor, and her advanced engineering solutions mark her out as a landmark 21st century yacht.
Innovative Masculine Interiors
The sporty vibes carry over from the exterior inside. Stepping foot into the main deck and the area streams with natural light from the surrounding glass windows, ensuring ocean views don’t even take a turn of the head. Slate greys, cool whites, and onyx hints bring a masculine appeal to the interior design. Poltrona Frau co-designed the interior of the Pershing 9X and after a decade of working with the Pershing Group, it’s clear that this is a partnership made to last.
Making the most of open plan space; guests can dine informally or formally at the gleaming white dinner table from Italy Dream Design, before moving surreptitiously to the generous Gran Torino sofa seating area in the open lounge. The helm station also forms part of the living space, a welcome feature for those in love with the full sailing experience. The cockpit has been woven into the living space design too, with sun pad and living area complete with a small table that can be lowered.
