The impressive motor yacht Lel has been launched after spending two years under construction with the Italian boatbuilder Rossinavi.
She is 50 meters in length and has been developed by the chairman of Yacht Moments, Kurt Lehmannwith, with her design and architecture being created by Florence-based Luca Dini for an American owner.
The boatbuilder says the motor yacht offers the perfect balance between a traditional Italian yacht design with sporty lines.
She also has an interior geared towards entertaining – which helps to place Lel at the forefront of a new generation of vessels being created with entertainment as a major focus.
The yacht is the first project between the Luca Dini Design and Architecture and the boatbuilder Rossinavi.
‘Owner's request was to emphasize open spaces’
Mr Dina says: "The owner's request was to emphasize open spaces and make the most of the open water and air and I believe the objective has been achieved because Lel is like a terrace overlooking the sea, where nature meets technology."
The superstructure has been built in aluminum to achieve the impressive external design and is home to a very large beach club.
When the stern and side doors are lowered, the exteriors and interiors will merge organically into one comfortable and huge entertaining space.
There's also an indoor bar area – where the tender can be placed - and this also includes a garage that can be managed separately when closing the staircase door leading to the main deck.
The upper deck is home to a dining area in tranquil surroundings and there is a removable veranda that helps to protect privacy and the diners' environment.
Lel can be enjoyed around the year
This innovative veranda also features an air conditioning system and outdoor heating lights, so Lel can be enjoyed around the year.
There's also a dedicated bar station by the relaxing sunbathing area and pool on the sundeck and the saloon reflects an understated but refined luxury interior.
Designers have used contemporary design for the textiles and furniture, including bespoke finishes and leather.
The main deck contains the owner's cabin, and it features a private balcony that is suspended above the sea.
M/Y Lel also features four well-equipped guest cabins, and to underpin the motor yacht’s versatile character - these cabins can be merged into one very large VIP cabin by closing the hall's main doorway.
Lel utilises two main engines to deliver a maximum speed of 23 knots, and she has a range of 4,000 nautical miles at 11 knots.
