Damen Yachting recently achieved a major milestone with the completion and launch of the SeaXplorer 58 yacht. The vessel is leaving the shed for its final build stages and is expected to be delivered to its Owner in the near future.
The SeaXplorer 58 is a one-of-a-kind yacht designed with considerable input from her Owner. This perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living opens up exciting possibilities for adventure-seekers everywhere.
The design adds a personal touch and makes the yacht seem especially inviting.
Accommodation is spacious, allowing up to fifteen crew members and two expedition staff to fit comfortably. Guests can enjoy luxurious suites suited for twelve people. And with plenty of toys such as two multi-role tenders, motorbikes, vehicles suitable for on/off road use, and an 11.4 meter sailboat - the possibilities for exploration are endless!
For ultimate luxury, the SeaXplorer 58 features a helideck and cabana-style bar and lounge beneath it. Guests can take pleasure in the views from the bow point observation lounge or relax in the infinity-edged pool on the Bridge Deck. An integrated jacuzzi and sky lounge/dining area make sure that they are never far away from beautiful vistas.
The yacht also has an ice-class hull and 30-day autonomy at sea to ensure that passengers can visit even the most extreme destinations securely. Beyond this, she is outfitted for zero emissions when visiting sensitive areas of natural beauty through her synthetic teak deck and specially crafted waste water tanks.
Tolga Karacadal, Operations Manager of Yachting at the Antalya Shipyard, expressed enthusiasm for the accomplishment: “It was a special moment for everyone to see her in the water for the first time. She’s sure to draw admiring glances wherever she goes.” Enrique Tintore, SeaXplorer Design Manager at Damen Yachting, also shared his excitement: “Seeing the yacht out of the shed was an awe-inspiring moment that we all shared together. It’s clear what our team can achieve when working towards a common goal! We’re now getting closer to finishing and handing over this magnificent vessel to her owner in spring 2021 — and we look forward to continuing our work on creating more SeaXplorer 60s which will be ready for delivery as early as 2024.”
Damen Yachting’s SeaXplorer 58 is the first of its kind to be created at the company’s Antalya location. The forthcoming SeaXplorer 60 promises to bring elegance and sophistication, featuring a luxurious H2 Yacht Designs interior design. The advanced Hybrid by Amels technology also enables convenient cruising on electric power up to 7 knots with significantly lower noise and vibration levels and reduced emissions.
