The Monaco Yacht Show 2014 edition never stopped surprising us, with innovation and originality as first in line. This time is the turn of YA!2014 which made its great opening the 1st October at Monaco. An exposition of timeless works of art took on board of a selection of fine yachts of 24 meters. This pioneer event marked the beginning of the third edition of "Il Mese della Cultura e della Lingua Italiana" with the purpose of promoting and celebrating Italian culture in all of its forms.
These impressive pieces of art exposed were accompanied by several of their respective artists that honored us with their presence. Among others, some of the artist personalities that assisted where Alighiero Boetti, Katherina Fritsch, Robert Longo, Peter Wuetrich and GHASS, an amazing Iranian artist, who presented some of its work on board of 41 meter M/Y Nameless by Mondo Marine.
The inauguration was held to launch five days of pure yachting and art in the heart of the Monegasque Principality. Some of main Italian persons were there to support this cultural event, such as His Excellency the Minister of State Michel Roger, His Excellency Antonio Morabito, Italian Ambassador to Monaco. It truly was some event where sophistication and culture blend perfectly.
