The elegant Swan 98 yacht from Nautor marks the start of a new Maxi Swan era.
Life began as a project that was presented in 2018 in Monaco, and now the Swan 98 has taken to the seas.
With her 30 square meters of volume, she offers owners a yacht that symbolizes seaworthiness and elegance.
The exterior has been designed by naval architect Germán Frers, with the interior designed by Misa Poggi.
Owner's needs will be satisfied with the Maxi yacht delivering performance, excellent cruising, and a stylish way of living on the sea.
The Swan 98 is being built at the Boat Technology Centre (BTC) in the Finnish port of Pietarsaari.
The boatbuilder has already sold three units, and there were plans for her debut to be made at the Monaco Yacht Show until the event was canceled.
There are two layouts available for the yacht, either 'Owner Aft', or 'Owner Forward'.
Nautor also says there are four different 'moods' available with the Swan 98 stressing the importance of uniqueness. This means owners can fully customize the interior with wood, leathers, and fabrics.
Hull number one will feature an 'owner aft' layout with a 'Traditional Navy Mood'.
The yacht's interior features floorboards and furniture in dark oak with a satin finish.
Both the deck and hull are being built using epoxy Sprint pre-preg carbon fiber, which will help deliver ultimate structural stiffness at the lightest weight possible.
At the same time, the material will ensure absolute structural reliability and safety.
'New era of Maxi Swan'
Nautor Swan's chief executive, Giovanni Pomati, said: "Nautor Swan is excited to introduce the new era of Maxi Swan."
"She is a modern masterpiece of design and construction, the perfect blend of performance, elegance, and luxury. She is destined to become a timeless superyacht."
Currently, the boatbuilder has five Maxi yachts under construction at their shipyard, and all belong to the renewed Swan line.
