The elegant 52-meter motor yacht Florentia has been delivered to her owner by the Viareggio-based shipyard Rossinavi.
She was launched last summer in a private ceremony and the boatbuilder hails her as a 'masterpiece'.
The aluminum superstructure and full-displacement steel hull weigh in at 810GT and the dimensions of the Florentia are generous enough for her owner and guests to easily move around.
She has a top speed of 17 knts and a cruising range of 6,500 nm - with the power coming from two Cat 1,901 kW diesel engines.
Exterior designed by the Rome-based Stefano Vafiadis
This custom project has an exterior designed by the Rome-based Stefano Vafiadis of Studio Vafiadis.
Stefano said: “Florentia is the most representative example of a fully bespoke superyacht made in Italy. This is a boat entirely designed and built around the owner and his needs.
“We’ve been challenged with the difficult brief to create a timeless gem where classic features and shapes meet modern details."
The eye-catching external lines are by Carlo Colombo and his design studio A++ to be sinuous and elegant with the functional design merging into the yacht's silhouette to help create sheltered and comfortable places for the owner and their guests.
Carlo said: "Florentia’s interior design is inspired by the shapes of nature and ocean waves combined with technology and continuous research of design functionality."
"The soft lines of the boat’s architecture style pervade the space complementing neutral colors and precious materials contributing to a unique and refined yacht for a peaceful and relaxing experience."
The Florentia can accommodate 12 guests and 11 crew members on the lower deck.
The owner has a VIP suite at the bow with a private balcony for their cabin and two walk-in wardrobes. There is also access to the Jacuzzi at the stern.
There are two double bedrooms in the Florentia's lower deck - along with crew cabins and mess a laundry and galley.
Her main deck features a multi-functional salon and dining room which are divided by a structural bespoke cabinet.
The upper deck features a space to include a cinema and the amphitheater-like upper deck has a double-sided sofa upholstered with natural fabric to face the bar area.
Rossinavi's chief operating officer, Federico Rossi, says: "This is a yacht characterized by romantic lines for a timeless elegance that features refined interiors and generous spaces. Florentia is a vessel in which functionality and efficiency are a testament to style."
