Kenshō: The New 75-meter Admiral Megayacht

The Italian Sea Group today delivered the Kenshō, a new 75-meter mega yacht, to the owner. The Admiral-branded vessel is the latest addition to the company's luxurious fleet of motor yachts and ships, which are up to 140 meters in length.

Kenshō is a luxurious mega yacht that redefines the boundaries of space and distribution. Launched in November 2021, the 75-meter yacht is the result of a collaboration between the owner, who oversaw the project directly, and the French agency Jouin Manku, who designed the interior. Azure Yacht Design and archineers.berlin developed the exterior design together.

"Kenshō integrates the best ideas of residential design and nautical design to create a new quality of life at sea" - says the Owner.

In keeping with TISG's increasingly sustainable strategy, Admiral Kenshō is equipped with an innovative "diesel-electric" propulsion system. This system features permanent magnet electric motors that ensure high efficiency and strong power while minimizing volume. The propulsion system is also equipped with five variable speed generators, all of which are equipped with anti-particulate systems. This optimizes consumption at any speed and reduces emissions into the atmosphere.

The design was developed with great importance placed on the environment, in compliance with the "ECO" notation of the Classification Body. The hull was also created to minimize drag through the use of azimuth propulsion and retractable stabilization fins. Kensho will sail the Mediterranean in the summer months.
