The Turkish yachting industry is preparing to welcome professionals from around the globe as the 6th edition of the TYBA Yacht Charter Show returns to D-Marin Göcek from May 9 to 13, 2025. The TYBA Yachting and Brokers Association organizes the event and promises to be the largest gathering in the Turkish Mediterranean.
Nestled in the scenic Gulf of Gocek, surrounded by pine forests and crystal-clear waters, the show’s venue offers an idyllic backdrop for what has become a staple in the international yacht charter calendar. This year’s edition will feature more than 50 vessels, including luxury sailing yachts, modern motor yachts, and traditional gulets, ranging in size from 20 to 82 meters.
Over 400 international brokers, agents, and exhibitors are expected to attend, reinforcing the show's growing influence and the global appeal of Turkish yacht tourism.
“This event has grown to become the leading charter show in the region,” said H. Serhan Cengiz, President of TYBA. “It’s a great showcase celebrating our maritime heritage, craftsmanship, and hospitality.”
The TYBA Yacht Charter Show is an opportunity for networking and business and a platform for knowledge sharing. This year’s program includes a standout seminar on the History of Turkish Yacht Building, which will explore the evolution from sponge diver boats to modern gulets, highlighting Turkiye’s rise to second place in global mega yacht production, as reported in Boat International’s 2025 Global Order Book.
Now in its sixth year under TYBA's organization and the 42nd overall edition of the Turkish charter shows, the event continues a long-standing legacy that once resided in Marmaris. Since its inception in 2017, TYBA has aimed to elevate the professionalism and international recognition of Turkiye's yacht charter industry.
The show is made possible through the continued support of D-Marin Göcek, key sponsors, and local authorities, including the Chamber of Maritime and the Chamber of Trade.
